Reservations - Raugust Library

Use this calendar to reserve the Fireside Lobby in Raugust Library for events! Use the "Go to Date" button to find a specific date or the arrows to advance dates until you find the one you want.

• The lobby can be reserved during library open hours by UJ student groups, faculty committees, and offices/departments.
• Reservations must be made at least 8 hours in advance. The calendar grid below will only show availability that is at least 8 hours out. Available times are shaded in green; times that have already been booked are in red; unavailable times are in white.
• Capacity is about 20 people.
• All reservations will be approved by library staff, so be sure to watch for an approval email. Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive that approval email.
• Library-sponsored events take precedence and will be marked unavailable in the grid below. Check the library events calendar to see what's on!
